Salary: £114,936 to £125,018 per annum
Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary chief executive to lead the next chapter in our journey. As the head of paid service, you will provide strategic leadership across the organisation and work closely with elected members to deliver our key priorities, uphold our values, and ensure effective stewardship of public resources.
This is an excellent opportunity to shape local government in a high-performing authority that balances traditional values with innovation and forward thinking. The successful candidate will be politically and financially astute, people-focused, and passionate about place, with a proven track record of executive leadership and partnership working across complex public sector environments.
