  &lt;p&gt;Ribble Valley Borough Council is seeking an experienced and motivated finance professional to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant public sector transformations in a generation.&lt;/p&gt; &#13;

 &lt;div&gt;As LGR Programme Finance Lead, you will support the delivery of all finance related workstreams associated with Local Government Reorganisation, working towards the creation of a new unitary authority by April 2028. Reporting to the Head of Financial Services and working closely with the s151 Officer, Programme Manager and partner councils.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;

 &lt;div&gt;We are looking for a CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent through experience) with strong local government finance experience.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;

 &lt;div&gt;You will have excellent analytical skills, be able to build effective working relationships quickly and engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also be confident presenting complex financial information and be able to work collaboratively in a fast paced, evolving environment.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;

 &lt;div&gt;Pay: Scale 4 (scp 10-13) &amp;pound;27,694 to &amp;pound;29,064 per annum&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;Hours: 37 hours per week. Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm. (Actual shift hours dependent upon the programme requirements each term)&lt;/div&gt; &#13;

 &lt;div&gt;You must have ASA/STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Certificate and a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.&amp;nbsp; You will provide swimming instruction to children and adults as per our agreed programme.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;You will also be required to carry out some lifeguarding duties when not teaching and must be a team player.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;The working hours will be 37 hours per week between Monday and Friday (No weekend working). The earliest start will be 9am and latest finish will be 7pm.&amp;nbsp; It will be the same pattern each week for each term, but timings may vary within these hours from term to term.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
 &lt;div&gt;There will be a 30 minute meal break each day where shifts exceed 6 hours.&lt;/div&gt; &#13;
