We have an opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to assist with the development and supervision of repair and maintenance contracts in respect of all Council owned buildings, including the upkeep of the Council’s property condition register.

You will provide architectural/building surveying services for capital and revenue projects and be involved in Disabled Facility Grant adaptations.

You should be an accomplished IT user to include CAD and Microsoft Office, including development, application and management of databases.

With a mixture of leisure, commercial and residential properties in our property portfolio, our workload is varied and involves regular site visits and inspections as well as office based activities.
