We are looking for a highly organised person as the lead officer for our Corporate Policy and Performance Management frameworks, co-ordinating the annual Performance Management and Strategic Planning cycle of reports for management and committees.

You will be responsible for the preparation, development, review and monitoring of the council’s Corporate Strategy, as well as leading on other emerging national and local policy initiatives and activities, monitoring and reporting progress.

As a strategist and a researcher, you will have the ability to analyse and disseminate complex information, in varying formats, to our senior managers and councillors. You must be highly numerate and literate, with excellent organisation and presentation skills.
