Ribble Valley Council are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Assistant Planning Officer to join our Development Management Team.
Ribble Valley is a picturesque rural Borough and the post holder will help shape development in the Borough. The post holder will manage a caseload of planning applications and related matters such as pre-application advice.
Ideally candidates will have a planning degree or degree in a related field. Good report writing ability and excellent communication and organisational skills are required. The ability to work flexibly as part of a team is also essential.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
