Dilapidated farm. Roof lift is not significant and would not overall affect character. Porch is typical of this type of property and would not reduce driveway width to the extent that access was no longer possible to next door property. Window in side elevation would overlook neighbour but is only a small window. Dormers and rear extension/balcony can be achieved without visually detracting from integrity of farm - rear is least prominent elevation. Balcony would overlook neighbour but an intervening garage would prevent worst affects. 26/01/2005 |
