The outbuilding is a former vet's surgery, and from internal inspection has not been so used for many years. Mrs Cronin says they have been there 9 years and have only used the building for bits of household storage. The building is attached, and entry is only available from within curtilage. Proposal is to use as a 'garden room'. No objections, but description amended to better describe proposal, with approval of Mrs C. 03/05/2005 |
