Design is in-keeping and minimal terracing effect due to the next door property, no.51, being on higher ground, set back from application property and there is a gap between the two of a few metres. For the same reason, little loss of light to no.51 though that property has several windows in the side elevation facing extension - remove permitted development for new window openings in side elevation. 08/11/2005 |
