Long extension at the rear which would be visible from the rear access track. There have been similar extensions granted permission and subsequently constructed at 18 and 19 St Mary's Gardens so a precedent has been set here. Some impact on no.11 but as the eaves height is only 2.6m I don't think it would be very significant. Overlooking to the other side would be minimised by the presence of a boundary fence. 22/06/2004 |
