Large conservatory extension to the side and rear of a detached property. Well screened and good distance away neighbouring dwellings. Therefore little impact on residential property. Permission exists for a two storey extension in broadly the same position as conservatory. I don't know why they have decided not to build this but a precedent has been set for this conservatory. I wasn't able to check the history on the previous approval 3/03/0475/P as the file was missing. Little impact on the street scene as development is largely though not exclusively at the rear.
