Neither garage nor conservatory extensions would have major impact as some distance from neighbour with screening on boundary. Garage is in keeping with property as roof is to be continued across from existing roof. Dormer in rear would change character of property but is at the rear so little impact on street scene etc. Overlooking at the rear would be at some distance and there is considerable screening on the rear boundary with whitecroft lane. 02/09/2004 |
