Site visit Evidence (proud window surrounds & datestone) that C18 facade was intended to be seen against a render. Therefore works appear to have returned to earlier layer of development-C17 door datestone is almost flush with general stone work.Pointing does not match stone in colour and is hard and appears to be cement based. Link roof approved at Committee for PP. Window at 1st fl N elev and at 1st fl S elev are as original proposals and not those negotiated for (ie formal location and dominating S elev). S elev stonework also reveals other infilled openings adj to the C17 doorway.
