Site visit The proposed extension to the rear projects over 4 metres in length. There is a first bedroom window approx. 1-1.5 metres away in the rear elevation of the adjacent dwelling which may see a reduction in light. Ask the applicant to reduce the extension in size.

Site visit Following the receipt of two objection letters, this secondary site visit gave me the chance to double check if the amended plans received are suitable. I considered them to be fine however the application will need to go to committee.
