Site visit Neighbour to rear has sent a letter of objection in regarding the loss of light to his living room windows this application will create. His two windows are roughly floor level in relation to the applicant's house due to the levels of land. The raising of the roof will be by approx. 0.9m, although the two storey extension over the existing sunroom will not be as high. Will speak to fellow officers regarding this situation as i feel it will not cause 'significant' harm due to the position of the dwellings in relation to the sun.
