The track would not be visible from Eaves Hall Lane due to extensive tree cover. The field where the track is to run is grazed by horses and the building where the track leads to is a stable, ie. not agriculture. Is this application (prior determination) the correct one to have made? I spoke to GH (agent) at 13:00 on 4 November 2004. He said that the building was also used for the housing of sheep. 04/11/2004 |
