Initial visit to assess whether effects setting of listed building - yes.Also walled garden (now containing Roefield Reach) of stone plinth and pre-1840 brickwork-includes C18? type arched doorway (keystone,impost blocks) - is this listed?-the proposal abuts. Existing extensions to Roefield are simple and ancillary-the proposal has a series of two storey gables and is stand alone.Well screened by v large trees and Rec Centre buildings. Took a look from Roefield Reach - Proposal abuts a shed and a tennis court (disused?).No overshadowing/overbearing of bungalow itself but even with v large Lleylandii overlooking an issue. 03/11/2004 |
