Met applicant on site at 16:30 and he showed me round the premises. Main issue will be impact on neighbouring dwellings and highways. No. 58 is overlooked by the application building's rear windows and side windows in the kitchen extension. Also to some extent by the bay window. There is an osteopath a few doors along (No. 52 I think). Because of the objection this one should go to the end of March committee. 07/03/2005 |
