Site visit Torver house is a large dwelling set in its own grounds, and has already been extended but to what degree I need to investigate. The proposal will be to the rear of the dwelling and there appear to be no windows overlooking any neighbouring gardens. The proposed extensions look to create what could be deemed as an additional dwelling area, this needs to be confirmed or supporting information needs to be submitted.
