Side boundary with no. 34 consists of hedge and fence which would minimise overlooking to the neighbour from gf extension. Ff extension little loss of light to neighbour as it only has one window in side elevation, which is at ff level. A footpath runs around the side and rear of the building so little impact on any other neighbours. Proposals are in-keeping with the style of the house and the estate. 25/08/2005 |
