Some impact on street scene when looking up the hill from Whalley Road. Large extension but is set well back from main frontage and subservient. Little impact on neighbours as the application building is at the end of the row and the extension is to the side although there would be a slight increase in height of the pitch. This would not have a significant impact on no.18 Whalley Road. 14/07/2004 |
