Extensions in keeping. Two storey extension keeps sufficient distance away from dwellings to the side on Bryers Croft so that these would not suffer significant loss of light. There are no windows in the side elevation. No dwellings at the rear and that to the front is some distance away. Single storey extension at the rear would be up to the boundary next to the neighbours rear elevation - no windows in the side elevation would overlook - little, if any, loss of light to neighbour. 16/12/2004 |
