Site visit Garage and single storey extension are sited at the rear so have little impact on the street scene. Flat roof to garage is acceptable as there are other flat roofed extensions in the area and a flat roof will have less impact on neighbour. On this side there is ample screening on boundary with no.29 so little impact on that neighbour. The other side has an extension to the rear - the windows in the side elevation of this proposal would not directly overlook windows of neighbour - some overlooking to their rear garden area.
