The proposed single storey extension is a resubmission of a larger extension which was refused earlier in 2005, on the grounds that it was excessive in size and would have an affect on the surrounding neighbours. The proposal now is reduced in size by approx. 50 sq. m. and as the previous app was recommended by my predecessor I cannot see any reason why this one would cause any harm on the area. 23/11/2005 |
