Site visit Proposed conservatory is on the rear elevation and covers almost the entire rear elevation. The rear garden area is well screened from the adjacent gardens by almost 2m high fencing. The neighbour at no. 5 has a conservatory and I will check the permission for this with regards to possible loss of amenity. Aside from this, as long as the fences are maintained there are no issues.
