Site visit Existing ss extension and balcony over are unsightly although design of the proposal features a flat roof. Not especially visible in the street scene only from the back street. The two adjacent properties have ss extensions at the rear which project out as far as the proposal so little impact on the ground floor. Perhaps some loss of light to adjacent bedrooms but not significant.
