Large extension to least important elevation though would have an impact when viewed from the lane. Elongates building and roof detail somewhat awkward. Amounts to remodelling of rear elevation. Can live with alterations. Glazing is mainly to the elevation away from road. Road facing elevation is simpler and more characteristic of area.
