No great loss of light to either adjacent property - no.44 is on higher ground with fence preventing any overlooking - there is a more open boundary with no.40 - so overlooking from new side window in kitchen although overlooking occurs from rear extension already. Little impact overall. Description of development doesn't include garage. I have therefore invalidated application and we will need to re-notify with new description. 15/12/2005 |
