The fishing hut is a timber structure measuring 6.9 x 3.6 x 3m and in a fairly good condition. It is positioned at the bottom of a hill and is well screened by trees and bushes. The location is rural and in the AONB. It is next to the Hodder River and Higher Hodder Bridge. There is no serious or severe impact with regarss to amenity, visual or landscape issues in re-issuing a temporary permission for this site. 05/01/2006 |
