Very close to the boundary with Bayley Fold and therefore likely to be some concentration of activity on the hardplay area within close proximity of the residents. Also close to some trees along the boundary and need to clarify whether these would remain (it says so on the application forms). There is little in the way of security on the field therefore children and teenagers will be able to access the play area (as they do already). Headmaster says they are required to provide to more hardstanding. Spoke to Guy Shorrock of Cassidy and Ashton on 25 Jan 2006 re. trees at the site. He says the trees wouldn't be affected and they would site the hardstanding so as not to encroach on trees. 18/01/2006 |
