Site visit There is a similar two storey extension and porch across the road at 67. The next door property on extension side has no windows in side elevation therefore little loss of light to the neighbour though perhaps rear single storey will have some impact - 70 is on slightly lower ground. No dwellings at the rear. Two storey extension at the rear already. Set back thus reducing terracing effect with no.70 which is needed because a very small gap would be left between 70 and 72. The fact that they are on different levels reduces terracing also.
