Site visit No problems with alterations to roof of rear extension - little worse than existing approved extension. Minimal loss of light to no.35 from small pitched roof conservatory. I've asked applicant to render the front elevation of the two storey extension (3/2005/0518) as it is currently red brick and doesn't match the rest of the building. Prepared to accept red brick to side and rear elevations.
