Had a look around the inside of the property, which is in very poor condition. A new access to the ff flat will be created from gable end. Shop retained at gf level. Alterations to shop front would enhance its appearance. Cannot see there being any impact on the neighbours resulting from minimal external alterations. Creation of car parking spaces doesn't pose any problems for residential amenity as the rear yard is secluded with Evergreen fish and chip shop next door. 23/01/2006 |
