The building in question is currently being used as a garage/storage area for the occupiers of the adjacent barn. The proposed conversion seeks to utilise the existing building without the need for the creation of too many additional window openings. The main two elevations visible to the nearby buildings will contain no new openings, and therefore will have no visual impact on the building.
