Site visit The property is a semi detached two storey house in a residential area. The proposal is for a flat roof single storey extension, projecting 4.7metres and being 3.8metre wide. It will be 3.1metres high. The proposal will not pose any overlooking issues, as there are no side windows. It will not reduce light to neighbouring properties, as there is an existing store is situ. The design is for a flat roof, which would not normally be accpetable, however there are many flat roof extensiosn in the area, and in my opinion the proposal would not detriment the area.
