Site visit The property is a two storey semi detached house situated in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a rear conservatory being 3metres x 4 metres and 2.8m high at the highest point. The size and design of the proposal is acceptable; and in keeping with the residential area. There will be minimal loss of light and privacy issues due the proposal being single storey, and obscure glazed on the neighbouring boundary. There is an existing 2metre boundary fence, and open space to the rear. The proposal will be of no detriment to the surrounding area.
