Planning Status Decided - Final Decision
Decision APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
Date : 03/03/2006
Site visit The two storey semi-detached property is located in a semi-rural area. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension projecting 2.5m and being 4.7m wide. It will have a slate hipped roof and be 3.7m high at the highest point. The proposal will not pose any overlooking issues to neighbouring properties as it is sufficiently located far enough away from neighbouring properties and there is a sufficient boundary fence being 2metres high. There are windows on the side elevations; however due to the distance the proposal is set off the boundaries, there will be minimal issues. The extension will fit in with the surrounding area and is of a good design that will compliment the house. It will not appear too large or out of place.
