Site visit The proposal is for a rear conservatory 5.5metres long x 7.7metres wide. It will be built in light oak PVC framing, with a dwarf brick wall to match the house. The property is a two storey detached house, built in 'art' stone. The area is semi-rural close to the village centre. The proposal would not raise any major issues with regards to loss of light or privacy to neighbouring amenities. It is set in from the rear elevation on the eastern side of the house and the houses are well spaced. There is a 1.5m hedge separating the properties. There are no properties to the rear. No. 12 has a rear conservatory.
