Site visit The property is a terraced cottage with a pitched roof. It has a large garden to the front and a track with a stone outbuilding to the rear. The track runs along the rear of all the houses and each house has a form of outbuilding. The proposal is for a garden store, being 5m x 3.5 with a pitched roof being 2.9m at the highest point. There would be no windows in the side elevations, therefore minimal overlooking issues. The design is acceptable and the glazed roof panels will bring light into the shed. There are many other buildings along this stretch and therefore a precedent has been set. There will be minimal loss of privacy due to the size of the proposal.
