The cottage is a stone built semi-detached building on the top of Longridge Fell, at Kemple End. It is the AONB. The proposal is for a side conservatory projecting 3.3m from the existing elevation and being 4m wide, with a 3 sided front. The proposal is not near to any neighbouring properties and would not pose any overlooking or loss of light issues. The design is acceptable, even though it is in the AONB, I do not think there will be a serious detrimental issues if the application is approved. 15/03/2006 |
