The property is a detached house in Sawley. The proposal is to separate part of the house into one separate unit to accommodate short-term holiday let. In principle, there are minimal issues to consider; the proposal will comply with Policy RT3 in bringing tourism into the borough. The accommodation is sufficient for the use as a separate unit for tourism. It will not cause disruption to neighbours and will leave the external appearance unchanged. The County Surveyor has no objections to the proposal. There is sufficient parking to accommodate the provision of a holiday let, i.e. at least two spaces. 13/04/2006 |
