Site visit Barn sits in a dip with swampy ground to the west and rising farmland to east. Belt of trees separates barn from houses therefore balcony would not overlook to any great extent. Minimal alterations to building. Using existing windows and door openings and opening up blocked up windows. Access point further north would avoid swampy ground.
