Site visit Various alterations and extensions. Both properties to either side are a reasonable distance away (sufficient gap from application building) and would not be greatly affected by rooflift and extensions. Dormers would not directly overlook neighbours - no neighbours to front or rear. 119 has a large rear dormer with flat roof. Variety of property types along this stretch of road though mainly dormer bungalows. 119 has a window in side elevation but on higher ground and 123 has no side windows but rear conservatory close to boundary.
