Site visit The property is a two storey end terrace situated in Chatburn. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, which will project 3.8m and be 2.2m wide. It will have a pitched roof and will be 4.8m at the apex and 3m at the eaves. There a minimal issues to consider with this development, as it will not impact on only loss of privacy or light issues and there is no neighbours to the side elevation. The design and size is acceptable and therefore I recommend accordingly.
