The property is a detached bungalow in a residential area of Wilpshire. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension, projecting 4metres and being 5.4metres wide. It wll be 4.5m high at the apex and it will have a pitched roof with a gable end facing east. There are no side windows proposed in the development and therefore there will be minimal loss of privacy issues. The size and design of the proposal is acceptable, being a pitched roof. It is set off the boundary; therefore it will not cause any loss of light to the neighbouring properties. 04/04/2006 |
