Site visit The property is a semi-detached two storey house, situated in Longridge. The proposal is to demolish the existing single storey rear extension, and build a larger extension. The proposal will have a pitched roof and will project 4.8m from the rear elevation. It will be 3.4m wide, and 3.5m high at the apex. There will be minimal issues with this proposal as there is an existing element. There will be minimal loss of light or privacy issues due to there being sufficient space between neighbouring properties and a 2metre timber panel fence as the boundary. The size and design on the proposal is acceptable.
