Large semi-detached red brick house already extended at rear. Large rear garden lends itself to these proposed extensions. Little visual impact as proposals not really visible from Mitton Road. Some impact on neighbours gardens but not significant given proposals are only single storey. No properties at the rear. Can't see any objections to blue slate roof as there are a variety of roofing materials in the area although property has rosemay tiles to main dwelling roof. 11/04/2006 |
