Several new window openings proposed - need to check these against previous approval. Work already commenced and rear extension now under construction - not going to be very visible from the road and little affect on Kirkbeck House. New garage is also at the back of the site adjacent to the Old Rectory. That neighbour would not be greatly affected as no windows would be overshadowed. Already a high wall between the two.
