There are no houses to the side of the house and therefore there will be minimal loss of amenity issues. The neighbouring property has a single storey extension to the rear and therefore the single storey element will pose no impact. The proposed two storey element will project also from the rear elevation, however it would cause minimal loss of light to the adjoining neighbour. The size is acceptable and the design is acceptable. The only issue is that the proposed material is white render, whereas the existing house is built in stone 28/06/2006 |
