Site visit The property is a two storey semi detached house in Clitheroe. The proposal is for a single storey rear extension to the dining room, projecting 1.1m and being 3 m wide. The roof is proposed to be sloping, with a max height of 3.5m. The proposed conservatory is proposed to project 4m and be 3.8m wide. It is proposed to have a hipped roof, the max height being 3.2m. There are minimal overlooking issues causes, as there is a wall proposed for the side elevation, with high windows, which will be obscurely glazed. There will be minimal loss of light as the proposals are single storey. The size and design of both extensions is acceptable and will not cause a detrimental issue to the surrounding area.
