The property is a semi detached bungalow. The proposal is for a conservatory projecting 3.6m from the rear elevation and being 6.4m wide. There will be minimal loss of privacy issues as the boundary wall will be solid and not glass and there is a 1.8m timber boundary fence. There will be minimal loss of light due to the proposal being single storey, and set off the boundary by 30cm. Design and size is acceptable and will cause detrimental issues to the surrounding area 05/05/2006 |
